Let’s walk you through the basics.
Start simple. Begin with A, B, C, and D.
Learn the difference between capital letters and small letters. This helps you recognize and write English correctly from the first day onward.
A word is a group of letters that has meaning.
Example: C-A-T = Cat
That’s a word. It’s short, simple, and meaningful.
A sentence is a group of words that gives a complete thought.
Examples:
Each of these is a proper sentence. Easy, right?

A paragraph is a group of sentences focused on a single idea.
Here’s a good example: “My mom is a very busy lady. She works from morning till evening. After that, she comes home and keeps herself busy with household activities.”
All sentences are about the same topic — the mother’s busy routine. That’s how you should write a paragraph.
If your sentences jump to different topics, it’s not a real paragraph.
Example of what NOT to write: “My mom is a busy lady. I have a nice car. I love to play football.”
This has no single idea. It’s not a paragraph.
